Happy New Year from our Operation Secret Santa family to yours. You absolutely rocked it! We’re still feeling the warmth of the community embrace from the 2023 season. As we look forward to 2024 we’re about to launch our 12 Months of Christmas Campaign. Pledging a monthly donation to our organization gives us funds we can depend on and budget for; helps cover year round logistics; and gives us a head start on securing the very best toys at the very best prices. Our shopping elves are the absolute thriftiest, and we can stretch those dollars the furthest if we can take advantage of pallet buys and liquidations as they become available. It’s the best way to carry the spirit of Christmas giving in your heart year round. Plus your donation comes with some fun OSS perks. If you can work a little giving into your monthly budget we would greatly appreciate the support.
Starting 01/02/2024 we will be introducing you to a different OSS team member or special friend each day on our Facebook page. You can make your monthly pledge in honor and appreciation of them, or get a head start on the fun and jump to the top of the nice list in 2024.
A couple notes. We’re using a platform called Zeffy which is entirely free for us to use and operates on a tip based system which is completely adjustable by you. Since we want them to thrive and be around forever remember that there are additional commissions with credit card giving that they’ll be covering on our behalf. For the merch we will reach out in November to firm up mailing addresses, clothing sizes etc and items will ship early December.

Update on 2022 Operation Secret Santa Season
Operation: Secret Santa depends on our village of volunteers and sponsors to help bring joy to our community every holiday season. In 2022, we hand delivered Christmas gifts to over 2,000 of our neighbors in the Bluegrass area. This was three times the number we served the previous year, and we could not do it without the generous support of time, money and gifts that come in from you, our amazing community!
You can contact us via email, visit our Facebook and Instagram pages and attend one of our events to find out more information about volunteering time. Other opportunities include donating unwrapped toys, participating in events and providing sponsorship through goods and services to donate directly or for us to use as prizes at one of our events. We also depend on businesses to host donation barrels during the holiday season. We bring the barrel and provide set up and will come collect any donations your team and your patrons provide- this is a simple way to help spread the word and fill our workshop with toys to distribute the week of Christmas!
And of course monetary donations of all sizes are so greatly appreciated. If you would like to give directly, our donating information through PayPal and Venmo are included on this page- simply scan the QR code and it will take you directly to our account.
