Operation: Secret Santa started in 2016 as one family’s idea for directly helping bring other families across Lexington, Kentucky extra cheer during the holiday season. The idea is simple- deliver toys to the front doorstep of some of our neighbors who may need a little extra of Santa’s magic this holiday season. The effort is every expanding. We have a network of volunteers to help purchase toys, hand select toys from each wish list and - best of all! - deliver right to the doorstep.

We have also expanded to include food boxes to help address food insecurities in our communities. Please reach out if you are interested in helping- we appreciate all volunteers and gifts provided in the form of donations of money and goods, toys and time. It takes an entire village of Elves to make this happen!
